   5. Due to EU legislation, many goods can only be sold from Great Britain to Northern Ireland if the company has a registered address within the EU. This prohibits many GB-based small businesses from being able to sell to Northern Ireland, and so delivery to Northern Ireland may not be possible from some of the businesses featured on BritShopping.

   6. Where third parties have paid BritShopping Ltd to be featured on our website or social media channels, this will be identified by a "Paid Feature" marking.
